Experience:

Joan Peignand Muñiz joined the firm in February 2018 as a Paralegal in the real estate and litigation department, providing assistance in investigations and legal proceedings, and as an Associate Lawyer since June 2022, focusing his practice in administrative, civil and commercial, labor and real estate law, and economic regulation. Additionally, he provides consulting services in projects and conflicts on regulated sectors such as energy, telecommunications, among others.

Mr. Peignand has focused his studies in Administrative Law, Economic Regulation, Labor and Real Estate Law, developing his experience in advising and executing real estate transactions for investors, in obtaining concessions and permits, in managing labor departments of multinational companies, in the regulatory advice of projects, and in handling lawsuits and claims before ordinary courts and State agencies, such as Pro-Consumer, Indotel, Pro Competition, among others.
