Experience:

Laurenys E. Santana Hilario Hilario joined Russin, Vecchi & Heredia Bonetti in April 2023 as Associate Attorney of the litigation department. Her specialty is based on the investigation and defense of crimes against persons, private property and public peace. She works with equal success in the resolution of complex cases in various branches such as civil liability, labor and family law.

She advises legal entities on issues such as registration and updating of data, contracts and negotiation of commercial agreements and individuals in processes of unjustified dismissal, labor discrimination, collective bargaining, divorce, alimony, custody, visitation regime and car accidents.

Law degree from Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) “Cum Laude” in 2015. Later, she obtained his Master’s degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Investigation at the Camilo José Cela University (UCJC) in the city of Madrid, Spain, in 2018.

Ms. Santana has several extracurricular trainings on intellectual property, teleworking, 3D modeling, money laundering, cybersecurity, criminology, labor criminal and constitutional. She teaches Social Security, Labor Law and Corporate Law at the Dominican University of Industrial Psychology (UPID) since 2022.
