RV&HB is an exclusive representative of accredited bodies in the Dominican Republic, in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Protection of Children and the Cooperation in the matter of International Adoption, to process international adoptions in the Dominican Republic before the National Council for Childhood and Adolescence (CONANI), which by virtue of said Convention, is the Central Authority in our country.
